<p>Description</p> <p>DAYS/HOURS: 40 hours, Sunday -Thursday 2:00 Pm - 10:30 pm</p> <p>PAY: $20.00 - $21.20 per hour, DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set)</p> <p>LOCATIONS: Within the following Boston MA work sites: Food Service Building; 414 Harrison Ave.; 434 Harrison Ave.; 444 Harrison Ave.; 363 Albany St.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>SUMMARY OF POSITION:</p> <p>The Housekeeper will perform daily, weekly, and monthly laundering and cleaning responsibilities as determined by the Supervisor.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>EDUCATION/TRAINING:</p> <p>REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>High school Diploma or GED </li><li>Ability to read and understand printed labels, signage, and instructions </li><li>The ability to understand and speak English </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of six (6) months of institutional or commercial industry cleaning </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of industry standards as applied to Sanitation and General Procedures </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL ABILITIES/SKILLS:</p> <p>REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to perform frequent bending, standing, stooping, stretching and walking </li><li>Ability to turn over twenty-five (25) pound mattress for cleaning </li><li>Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds </li><li>Ability to perform frequent and repetitive motions to perform all types of cleaning functions </li></ul>
