This role requires deep Oracle database knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. The candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset, with the desire to automate processes and reduce manual effort wherever possible.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Administer and maintain Oracle databases to ensure optimal performance and uptime. </li><li>Diagnose and resolve complex database performance issues across the full stack. </li><li>Implement and manage database security measures, including wallet and password management. </li><li>Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design and optimize database solutions. </li><li>Lead and support database migrations, including Postgres to RDS and Oracle to cloud platforms. </li><li>Participate in on-call support rotation and respond to critical incidents as needed. </li></ul>
