Join our growing, innovation-driven team today</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with Front Office duties and is the overnight guest service agent. </li><li>Follows proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions </li><li>Identifies the causes of out-of-balance situations in a timely manner, produces various reports for management and takes initiative to correct errors to prevent reoccurrence. </li><li>Ensures that all charges have been properly posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account, balanced with all supporting documentation </li><li>Reconciles all charges to the general ledger and prepares back-up files and closes out shift and day on reservation system, including preparing system for next day of business. </li><li>Responsible for accurate management of cash funds and daily shift deposits and compiles daily revenue reports and files work accordingly. </li><li>Performs all Front desk duties including check-in, check-out and cashier procedures in a proper and efficient manner. </li><li>Assists with other departmental duties as stated by leadership. </li></ul> <p>Key Skills and experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma/GED </li><li>1 year Auditing experience </li><li>1 year of Front Desk experience </li><li>Previous experience with cash handling </li><li>Anticipates customer needs and thinks about how work impacts them. </li><li>Builds confidence in self and others with honest and dependable interactions. </li><li>Must be adaptable to working on weekends as well as holidays. </li></ul> <p>Extraordinary People, Exceptional Benefits on Day One</p> <p>Benefits start on your first day of work with no waiting period!</p> <p>Hilton Grand Vacations is committed to putting people first.
