<ul> <li>Helps to set up department work stations and production lines for maximum efficiency; </li><li>Organizes movement of work-in-process and finish goods and materials for maximum efficiency; </li><li>Operates material handling equipment, such as hand jacks and motorized fork lifts; </li><li>Cleans, maintains and replenishes corrugated stock and inventory; </li><li>Brings packaging, corrugated and molded product and hardware to production lines/presses/areas; </li><li>Strap/bands and or wraps products for shipment; </li><li>Uses the computer system to accurately and effectively track inventory; </li><li>Maintains accurate records of material usage and transfers from work -in - process to finished goods; </li><li>Assists leaders and operators with various departmental tasks as needed; </li><li>See, read and follows work instructions, safety procedures and completes various forms and reports; </li><li>Able to rotate into other departments to perform similar tasks as needed; </li><li>Operates various assembly, production equipment and hand tools; </li><li>Works with co-workers in a safe, professional and cooperative manner; </li><li>Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, adaptable to changing business needs and continually learns and applies new skills; </li><li>Meets minimum physical/mental demands with or without reasonable accommodation; </li><li>Complies with all Company policies and procedures; </li><li>Trains others on knowledge and skills mastered; </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Previous similar experience; working knowledge of Mack Molding Company's manufacturing and shipping environment and material flow; ability to use computers; HS reading and math skills or equivalent; inventory tracking / organizational skills; able to work flexible work schedules / OT. Ability to drive a fork truck. Must be available for overtime as needed.</p>
