This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with one of the area's most respected manufacturers, offering cutting-edge processes and a team-focused environment. If you have experience with machinery, love solving problems, and are ready to step into a role with career potential, this is the job for you!</p> <p>Hours & Pay:</p> <p>Pay Rate: $18.48 per hour</p> <p>Schedule: 12-hour night shift | 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM</p> <p>Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule: One week at 36 hours, the next at 48 hours</p> <p>Daily Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate and monitor plastic extrusion and contour lines under the direction of a qualified Line Operator </li><li>Perform start-up, shut-down, and changeover tasks safely and efficiently </li><li>Load raw materials (resin) and monitor additive levels </li><li>Ensure consistent quality control by inspecting products and entering production data </li><li>Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance </li><li>Collaborate with team members during line changes and assist with training new staff </li><li>Follow all safety procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out protocols </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times </li><li>Climb towers, bend, twist, lift up to 60 lbs, and work in temperature-variable environments </li></ul> <p>Employee Benefits:</p> <p>Staffmark offers a full suite of benefits, including weekly pay, earned wage access, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (k), short-term disability, employee discounts, referral bonus potential, and free staffing services.
