Our Florist and Gift store is seeking qualified applicants who have strong customer service and / or retail experience.</p> <ul> <li>Previous retail sales experience. </li><li>Excellent customer service experience. </li><li>Strong telephone skills and ability to establish rapport with customers. </li><li>Familiarity with florist business helpful but not mandatory. </li><li>Floral Design experience helpful but not mandatory </li><li>Ability to work as part of a team while completing tasks in a timely manner </li><li>Typing Ability (30 WPM) </li><li>Point of Sales experience is a plus </li><li>Strong communications and strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication ability </li><li>Ability to lift 40lbs unassisted </li><li>Ability to stand up to 8 hours daily, and up to 10 hours seasonally </li><li>Commitment to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced creative environment. We are open Monday - Friday 7:30am-7pm, Saturday 8am-7pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm. Please note that during busy holiday times, hour of operation will be extended to meet the needs of our customers.
