<p>Marketing Coordinator Horsham, PA | Full-Time | Onsite (Hybrid Eligible After 90 Days) Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in the development, execution, and measurement of marketing materials, programs, and resources in close collaboration with our Sales Teams. This role ensures that marketing and sales initiatives align to strengthen dealer relationships and support company goals across all customer stages. Key Responsibilities Sales Support</p> <p>Create, send, and measure email campaigns designed to boost dealer engagement.</p> <p>Plan, organize, and schedule campaigns in alignment with editorial and annual marketing calendars.</p> <p>Collaborate with the Creative Team to outline needed graphics or media.</p> <p>Track and update activity within the internal promotional fulfillment portal.</p> <p>Identify opportunities for new content or programs to support dealer and sales needs.</p> <p>Material Execution</p> <p>Develop engaging B2B product descriptions, promotional copy, and sales updates.</p> <p>Build and maintain templates, newsletters, and internal reference documents.</p> <p>Maintain a library of sales and marketing resources for easy access.</p> <p>Create materials that align with sales and company objectives.</p> <p>Draft and distribute vendor product announcements or press releases.</p> <p>Administrative & Event Support</p> <p>Manage updates and workflows in the Sales Support Jira project board.</p> <p>Assist with logistics, asset preparation, and tracking for marketing activations and events.</p> <p>Measurement of Results</p> <p>Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance.</p> <p>Provide campaign debriefs to Sales and Marketing teams to guide future initiatives.</p> <p>Evaluate user experience for dealer-facing campaigns and materials.</p> <p>Other Duties as Assigned</p> <p>Support the Marketing team with additional campaigns and special projects.</p> <p>Knowledge & Skills</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).</p> <p>Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing or sales support.</p> <p>Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred).</p> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective B2B copywriting ability.</p> <p>Knowledge of segmentation, automation, and optimization best practices.</p> <p>Experience curating and organizing marketing initiatives for sales support.</p> <p>Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools (Jira preferred).</p> <p>Technical knowledge of the automotive and/or powersports industry is a plus-enthusiasts encouraged to apply.</p> <p>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.</p> <p>Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Sales, Marketing, and vendor teams.</p> <p>Willingness to travel up to 15%.</p> <p>There at Every Turn: Our BenefitsWe believe in empowering our employees through career growth opportunities, ongoing learning, and a strong culture of support.
