Once your application has been successfully submitted you will receive a confirmation email.</p> <ul> <li>Relocation/Household Good Shipment Allowance will NOT be provided.* </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Business, or other analytical discipline, or equivalent experience </li><li>3+ years of experience supporting iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and macOS operating systems and hardware platforms in a large corporate environment </li><li>3+ years of experience managing and securing, and configuring iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and macOS devices with a Mobile Device Management solution </li><li>Development experience with Swift or BASH/ZSH scripts </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience designing, planning, implementing, and supporting large releases </li><li>Experience securing diverse technologies, platforms, and applications </li><li>In-depth experience implementing, migrating, managing, and administering the macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS operating systems in a large corporate environment </li><li>Experience supporting desktop productivity software (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Safari, font management tools, etc.) </li><li>In-depth knowledge of development tools such as Visual Studio or Xcode </li><li>In-depth knowledge of Apple hardware (MacBook, iMac, iPad, iPhone, etc.) </li><li>Experience with automating application installation and configuration </li><li>Experience with JAMF Pro and Apple Configurator </li><li>Experience designing, documenting, managing, and deploying macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS updates </li><li>Ability to anticipate and identify issues that conflict with security and compliance requirements </li><li>In-depth understanding of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies </li><li>Experience in forecasting, planning, and managing hardware and software budgets </li><li>Experience leading projects from requirements through implementation </li><li>Experience working in a process structured environment which includes Change Management, Incident/ Problem Management and Disaster Recovery Preparedness </li></ul>
