<p>We're looking for a detail-driven Manufacturing Analyst to join our fast-paced manufacturing team! In this role, you'll perform a variety of general accounting duties, track inventory, and provide key financial insights that help drive profitability and efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Cost accounting for ACX's two product lines </li><li>Cost individual manufacturing jobs: Review and post labor hours, inventory usage, and outside services necessary for job order completion </li><li>Ensure inventory is properly valued </li><li>Analyze inventory trends vs. expectations </li><li>Analyze margin variances trends and report on cost implications </li><li>Interact with manufacturing floor employees necessary to resolve ad-hoc requests </li><li>Coordinate cycle count procedures with stock room and assist in investigating variances </li><li>Conduct month-end close procedures within tight 3 day close process; assist with post-close reporting </li><li>Prepare monthly closing journal entries </li><li>Compile month-end package </li><li>Financial reporting & distribution </li><li>Load financials & statistics into corporate financial system </li><li>Backlog reporting & analysis </li><li>Sales, Margin, and Bookings report </li><li>Assist with corporate financial requests (month, quarter, annual sets of requests) </li><li>Monthly departmental spending/expense analysis (vs. Plan & fluctuations) </li><li>Assist with Monthly Forecast/Book and Ship Compilation </li><li>Reconcile general ledger accounts </li><li>Answer accounting and financial inquiries through data research </li><li>Optimize accounting processes through continuous improvement, including report automation through Power BI </li><li>Support internal and external audits throughout the year </li><li>Assist with compilation of Quarterly Management Meeting Presentations </li><li>Assist with annual Fiscal Year Plan process </li><li>Perform other duties assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>4-year college degree preferably in Accounting or Finance </li><li>2 years of related experience preferred </li><li>Costing experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay based on experience </li><li>Health insurance coverage </li><li>Retirement plan options </li><li>Paid time off </li></ul> <p>This position requires either a US Person (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non-US person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization.</p> <p>An equal employment opportunity employer.
