<p>Assistant Professor of the Practice in German Studies. The Department of German Studies is seeking an Assistant Professor of the Practice of German Studies, beginning July 1, 2026. The successful candidate will coordinate the German language program and will maintain teaching interests in contemporary German visual and media culture. The new faculty member will also instruct students in web design and video production skills as part of a portfolio-based pedagogical approach. The department is committed to cultivating a curriculum that reflects the diversity of contemporary German society and is inclusive and welcoming to all students.
