If you have a passion for education and innovation, we'd love to hear from you!</p> <p>This position will remain open until filled.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Ancillary Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>As assigned, will assist in providing department-wide programs and special events. </li><li>Record keeping (i.e., attendance, lesson plans, class summaries) </li><li>Communicate with and maintain positive relationships with parents and center sta?. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications - Education, experience, and training that are required or desirable in order to e?ectively perform the job at the time of hire. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered. Additional requirements and/or substitutions may be requested and require the approval of HR.</p> <ul> <li>Experience in STEAM programming with direct eSports experience preferred. </li><li>First-aid/CPR certification is preferred, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment is required. </li><li>A valid driver's license is required. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - May be representative, but not all-inclusive, of those knowledge, skills, and abilities commonly associated with this position.</p> <ul> <li>Thorough understanding of the processes, protocols, and procedures used in administering STEAM programs, including planning and budgeting. </li><li>Ability to perform statistical analysis, keep budgetary records, and evaluate information against a set of standards. </li><li>Ability to lead a team and develop individual team members. </li><li>Ability to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. </li><li>Ability to communicate e?ectively and professionally with supervisors, subordinates, co-workers, and customers by telephone, in writing, and in person. </li><li>Ability to develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work for self and others, as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously. </li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. </li><li>Ability to make quality decisions that impact the team and direction of project work. </li><li>Ability to use good judgment and think rationally in di?icult or stressful situations. </li><li>Proficiency in the use of basic business software (word processing, spreadsheets, email, presentations) and basic o?ice equipment. </li><li>Regular attendance is a necessary and essential job duty.
