Apply now and let's create the perfect pear together!</p> <p>Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Bag guest groceries following Busch's bagging procedures and guest requests. </li><li>Determine carry out or drive up needs and assist guests in taking purchase to their vehicles. </li><li>Assist guests with questions, purchases and locating product. </li><li>Retrieve carts from parking lot. </li><li>Maintain bottle return area. </li><li>Clean and stock restrooms. </li><li>Empty trash. </li><li>Perform floor sweeps. </li><li>Respond to and clean up spills and broken merchandise </li><li>Return items left behind to their proper location. </li><li>Stock bags on lanes. </li><li>Miscellaneous cleaning functions as assigned. </li><li>Adhere to all Busch's policies, practices and procedures. </li><li>Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors and associates. </li><li>Exemplify key concepts of hospitality when interacting with guests. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>No education or previous experience is necessary. </li><li>Proficient communication skills, including written, verbal and listening skills. </li><li>Proficient cleaning abilities to meet visual standards. </li></ul> <p>Busch's is a family owned premier grocery retailer with multiple stores in Southeast Michigan.
