Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Lincoln Electric is a $4.2B publicly traded company (NASDAQ:LECO) with over 12,000 employees around the world, with operations in 71 manufacturing and automation system integration locations across 21 countries and maintains a worldwide network of distributors and sales offices serving customers in over 160 countries.</p> <p>Location: Euclid - 22801</p> <p>Employment Status: Hourly Full-Time</p> <p>Function: Manufacturing</p> <p>Req ID: 26515</p> <p>PURPOSE: Perform cycle counting functions with focus on part count accuracy in SAP</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)</p> <ul> <li>Cycle count materials in the Storeroom, Production Floor, and the Electronics Factory. </li><li>Count parts and key related data in SAP in a timely and accurate manner. </li><li>Resolve discrepancies between actual and SAP computer quantities and take corrective action. </li><li>Work with Master Data, Mfg Engineering, Production Teams and Financial Audit as required. </li><li>Maintain orderliness of shop inventory and related computer data so as to improve cycle counting efficiency. </li><li>Ensure accurate and clear identification of parts. </li><li>Participate in Physical Inventories. </li><li>Process excess and obsolete inventory adjustments, including MES scrap postings. </li><li>Other projects related to inventory accuracy as assigned by the Team Lead/Manager. </li><li>Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy. </li></ul> <p>BASIC REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>High school education or equivalent in experience. </li><li>Self-motivated; able to organize, work, and perform daily duties with minimal supervision. </li><li>Quality conscious with strong math skill and a high degree of accuracy. </li><li>Familiar with shop floor processes, work flow, and Storeroom procedures. </li><li>Capable of learning or have current experience in weigh count procedures and personal computers with an emphasis on SAP, Excel, and Outlook. </li><li>Capable of learning or have SAP experience with screen functions that include: inventory adjustments, bills of materials, production and purchase orders, routings, and work centers. </li><li>Ability to lift or move containers weighing up to 40 pounds. </li><li>Ability to work with and communicate effectively with others, including PTL's, schedulers, material handlers, and production workers. </li><li>Excellent safety and attendance record. </li><li>Extensive walking required. </li></ul> <p>Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
