If you're interested in a rewarding career working for ENR's #1 ranked Program Management firm, then Jacobs is where you belong.</p> <p>Our Program Management group is seeking a Project Engineer to join our capital projects team for a large healthcare client in?Bronx, NY.??You'll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.?As a Project Engineer you'll have an opportunity to work on active projects coordinating the progression of trades and design-field staff. You will participate in meetings and follow projects from commencing of construction to completion. You'll also provide support to the Project team by developing and maintaining project cost/change controls, project budget, and change order estimates/negotiations.</p> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Communications or related field </li><li>Professional experience as a Project Coordinator in an Architectural, Engineering or Construction organization </li><li>Experience with contract document review, forecast and cost scheduling, preparation of change order review and the review of payments </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, and Microsoft Project) </li><li>Experience working with scheduling software </li><li>Willing and able to work onsite with the project team the client's location Monday - Friday </li></ul> <p>Ideally, you'll also have:</p> <ul> <li>U.S. healthcare facility or other medical facility construction experience </li><li>Some level of experience using industry Project Management Control Systems (PMCS), preferably eBuilder </li><li>Experience in capital project improvement and development program management </li></ul> <p>No sponsorship is available for this position</p> <p>#EastPMCM #NorthPMCM #LI-SD2</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>85,000.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>90,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
