Ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial reporting while driving strategic initiatives to enhance business performance.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and manage all corporate function-controlling activities for US </li></ul> <p>operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies.</p> <ul> <li>Review financial statements and provide monthly reporting on key KPIs to local and global management. </li><li>Monitor and analyze capital expenditure budgets and actual spending; provide variance analysis and recommendations. </li><li>Partner with global and local controllers to assess financial performance and implement improvement actions. </li><li>Collaborate with the CFD / RFD and senior leadership on strategic financial initiatives. </li><li>Act as a finance business partner to functional managers, supporting decision-making and financial planning. </li><li>Drive process improvement initiatives across regional and global finance operations. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in Financial Planning & Analysis or </li></ul> <p>Controlling, preferably in a multinational environment.
