This position is responsible for executing success coaching techniques and strategies, which encompasses providing personalized guidance to implementing a scaled set of interventions for enhancing student success and increasing persistence, retention, and graduation. The student success coach provides exceptional customer service at all times. Must have knowledge of best practices for student retention, student success, and student development theories., experience in academic and/or life coaching, providing direction and guidance to students.
