You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital | Your benefits virtually (mybenefitsjhhs.com)</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Assistant Director of Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and Cause Campaigns will be responsible for identifying, implementing and managing Children's Miracle Network Hospitals partner accounts, programs and campaigns within JHACH's 11-county market area. They will manage all aspects of assigned CMNH partners and programs including solicitation, cultivation, visits, tours, kick-off events and stewardship. They will serve as CMNH advisor and lead strategy for peer-to-peer programs Dance Marathon and Extra Life. They will also help identify and build local cause campaigns through solicitation, cultivation, visits, tours, kick-off events and stewardship.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years in event planning, fundraising, communications or related experience </li><li>Must have knowledge and experience in using Microsoft products </li><li>Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, confidentiality and public speaking skills </li><li>Must have own transportation to travel </li><li>Experience with Children's Miracle Network highly preferred </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: Minimum 24.58 per hour - Maximum 39.33 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.</p> <p>In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.</p> <p>JHM prioritizes the health and well-being of every employee.
