This is a seasonal day position (May-September), Monday- Friday, up to 40 hours per week. Duties include the following:</p> <p>Pay: $18.00/hr.</p> <ul> <li>Cleans the outside siding surrounding the immediate area of the porch. </li><li>Cleans the railings outlining the porch. </li><li>Cleans the screens that enclose the porch. </li><li>Cleans the glass on both sides of the porch doors. </li><li>Sweeps and cleans the wood flooring on the porch. </li><li>Vacuums the carpet. </li><li>Cleans the track of the screen. </li><li>Cleans the patio furniture upon request and applies block time charge. </li><li>Maintains equipment and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures. </li><li>Accomplishes all tasks in order of priority. </li><li>Reports to the Director all complaints. </li><li>Participates in programs educating and orientating employees to the systems and procedures relating to the housekeeping operations, including life safety drills as scheduled. </li><li>Follows safety guidelines when performing tasks. </li><li>Maintains privacy of Residents in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy. </li></ul> <p>If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!</p> <p>EEO Employer</p>
