<p>hybrid position if resides within 35 miles of Conshohocken, PA</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Revenue Operations Trainer will be a vital part of the Revenue Operations team. You will help create and improve upon the training process to ensure the onboarding process is as smooth and efficient as possible. You will be in charge of training and delivery of all teaching materials for new hires coming into the department while also identifying areas of opportunity that will result in more optimal employee performance and workflow efficiencies. This individual will become a subject matter expert in all areas relevant to our clients' billing and revenue cycle and will ensure that all documentation and members of Rev Ops are up to date on processes.</p> <p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for all new hire onboard training </li><li>Provide ongoing re-education for current employees </li><li>Maintain and create any training materials on a timely manner </li><li>Assist the leadership team with mentoring </li><li>Identify workflow gaps and process issues by working with other departments </li><li>Provide timely feedback on trainees and areas for concern to leadership </li><li>Provide monthly assessments and ongoing education to the staff </li><li>Identify how we can continue to improve on the training material and delivery </li><li>Work with IT to ensure logins and credentials are working properly on first day of training </li><li>Book training rooms </li><li>Propose solutions and enhancements to areas of opportunity </li><li>Present professional communications around results achieved </li><li>Facilitate dialogue with Rev Ops staff and Account Management Internal </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong Public Speaking skills </li><li>Impeccable customer service skills </li><li>Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment </li><li>Strong analytical skills </li><li>Detail oriented </li><li>Strong oral and written communications skills </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint </li><li>Time management and strong organizational skills </li><li>Prior teaching or training experience preferred </li></ul>
