<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop & maintain new supplier relationships. </li><li>Maintain Warehouse/Kitting Location for new & emerging market inventory. </li><li>Kit Material needed for production or shipment. </li><li>Review and firm new orders generated by MRP system. </li><li>Issue and confirm new purchase orders. </li><li>Review and troubleshoot past due orders. </li><li>Supply indoor materials to production groups. </li><li>Pick and crate materials for customer orders. </li><li>Receive, stock, and monitor indoor inventory levels. </li><li>Record and store completed order information. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Fluent in Microsoft office programs required. </li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Must be logical with well-developed problem-solving skills. </li><li>Natural attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to learn new skills quickly. </li><li>Operate a pallet jack and forklift. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative within and team environment. </li></ul> <p>Education and Licensing:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business/Supply Chain/ or Accounting preferred/not required. </li><li>Watchfire is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
