We leverage deep industry expertise, data, analytics, AI, change management, and technology to enable our clients to navigate the complexities of today's market and future-proof their enterprises.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>As a Financial Crime Manager, you will be at the forefront of helping financial services organizations manage and mitigate risks related to AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), sanctions, and other financial crimes. You'll work directly with clients to develop innovative strategies and solutions to enhance their risk and compliance frameworks, while also leveraging data and analytics to create actionable insights.</p> <p>You'll play a critical role in building strong client relationships, managing project teams, and delivering solutions that help organizations stay compliant with ever-changing regulations while creating value through improved processes. Simplify Compliance and Improve Risk Management | Accenture</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assess and design risk mitigation strategies focused on AML, KYC, and financial crimes for leading financial services organizations. </li><li>Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver client solutions on time and within budget. </li><li>Use data analytics and digital technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced risk management. </li><li>Provide thought leadership and guidance on how to transform Financial Crime Programs </li><li>Develop client proposals and foster long-term relationships with senior executives. </li><li>Apply design-led thinking to improve customer experiences while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards. </li><li>Monitor regulatory changes and emerging technologies that impact the financial services industry, advising clients on necessary adjustments to their compliance programs. </li><li>Champion Accenture's products and initiatives within the finance, risk, and compliance space. </li></ul> <p>Travel:</p> <p>Travel as needed based on client expectations.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in risk and regulatory compliance within banking, capital markets, or insurance industries, including strong knowledge of financial regulations). </li><li>3+ years of management consulting experience focused on risk and regulatory management for financial services clients. </li><li>Bachelor's degree. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>In-depth knowledge of Financial Crime operating models, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. </li><li>Expertise in designing and re-engineering compliance processes including understanding technology vendors in this space </li><li>Strong project management skills, including engagement leadership, practice development, and client relationship building. </li><li>Experience with front- and back-office operations within financial services. </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
