You'll drive expansion and renewals across a large, diverse book of business and play a critical role in scaling our Commercial post-sales revenue motion. This role is ideal for a manager who excels in deal execution, loves coaching, and can inspire a team to consistently outperform.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead a high-performing AM team: Manage and coach 6 Commercial Account Managers, each overseeing 100-120 accounts, ensuring they exceed revenue and performance goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Coach in deals, not just in theory: Join AM calls, model strong discovery and negotiation, and guide AMs through live deal strategy and execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Be onsite with customers: Visit customers independently or alongside AMs to deepen relationships, unlock opportunities, and drive strategic expansions.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop talent: Provide clear, structured coaching on sales skills and career progression, helping AMs grow into their next role.</p> </li><li> <p>Strengthen process & predictability: Build SLAs, improve forecasting rigor, and refine workflows to create a scalable, repeatable Commercial motion.</p> </li><li> <p>Influence strategy: Surface customer insights, competitive signals, and market trends to shape our Commercial playbooks and GTM approach.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner closely with CX, Sales and Product to align priorities, define ROEs, and create frictionless customer experiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Own reporting & accountability: Deliver concise updates on team performance, pipeline health, risks, and wins to senior leadership.</p> </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experienced Manager: 2+ years leading a quota carrying sales team, with a track record of exceeding quota and developing high performers.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven Seller: 3-5 years as an AE (Commercial and ideally Enterprise), with strong closing experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Sales Methodology: Mastery of discovery, qualification, value selling, and negotiation -and you know how to coach it.</p> </li><li> <p>Emotionally Intelligent Leader: Skilled at motivating teams, giving direct feedback, and building trust.</p> </li><li> <p>Data-Driven Operator: Comfortable analyzing KPIs, spotting trends, and using insights to drive performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional Communicator: Clear, confident, and persuasive with customers and internal stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Tech-Savvy: Proficient with HubSpot, Gong, and modern GTM tools.</p> </li><li> <p>SaaS & E-commerce: Experience in SaaS or working with e-commerce brands is a strong plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Thrives in High-Growth Environments: Organized, adaptable, and great at prioritizing in a fast-moving setting.</p> </li></ul> <p>Perks And Benefits</p> <p>Compensation: $225k to $249k OTE (USD)</p> <p>? 5-week vacation (We follow each country's appropriate PTO Laws)</p> <p>Paid sick leave</p> <p>Paid parental leave (16 weeks)</p> <p>MacBook Pro</p> <p>?
