<p>Position Profile</p> <p>The Senior Site Manager supervises day-to-day operations and staff at Managed Services (MS) sites. Approximately 80% of time will be spent on management duties and no more than 20% on operating production equipment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing procedures, invoicing accounts, interacting with customers, and ensuring acceptable profit levels while meeting customer expectations. This role involves a high degree of customer interface and oversight of 13+ employees or $80K+ in monthly services revenue at a single site.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate and foster a positive and helpful work culture. </li><li>Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with co-workers and vendors. </li><li>Represent the company professionally in accordance with Ricoh's Code of Ethics. </li><li>Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence standards. </li><li>Achieve shift profitability by managing material and supply usage effectively. </li><li>Monitor labor percentages and maintain production and quality control standards. </li><li>Ensure quality and deadline compliance through effective job scheduling. </li><li>Serve as primary customer contact for MS and as needed for BDS/LDS. </li><li>Provide workflow and machine operation training when necessary. </li><li>Maintain audit and deadline compliance goals. </li><li>Improve employee retention by meeting turnover and tenure targets. </li><li>Hold team accountable for quality and efficiency of work. </li><li>Implement performance and operational procedures for consistency. </li><li>Ensure proper staffing by aligning employee skills with production demands. </li><li>Resolve pricing, order, and invoicing issues in collaboration with sales. </li><li>Motivate employees and recognize achievements promptly. </li><li>Communicate job expectations and provide coaching, training, and evaluations. </li><li>Complete site reports and required documentation. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: High school diploma or GED required.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years in a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience delivering classroom or informal training sessions.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced machine operation and complex job handling experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Skills:</p> </li><li> <p>Goal-setting and prioritization skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient PC skills with standard business software.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to stay current with technology and industry trends.</p> </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions & Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Office environment with normal lighting, ventilation, and noise levels. </li><li>Requires interpreting and applying complex material and data. </li><li>Physical effort may include standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Moderate dexterity for tasks involving calculators, keyboards, and hand tools. </li></ul>
