<p>The Maintenance Coordinator at The Landings of Kaukauna plays a crucial role in ensuring the property meets all regulatory standards and maintains high-quality living spaces. This position is responsible for overseeing monthly and quarterly state reports to ensure compliance with DHS 83, managing apartment turnovers to make them move-in ready, supervising the Housekeeping team, and performing basic grounds maintenance to keep the exterior areas well-maintained.
