<p>Purpose: The Screen Print Press Tech will oversee the production of 2 presses on the Screen Print floor. The goal should be to communicate with and assist the Print Specialist with the goal of minimizing set up time. </li><li>Pre-emptive Problem Identification/Resolution - minimize machine downtime by reviewing orders before they are being setup to identify possible reshoots, art issues, or garment issues. Work with run teams to ensure they have all the proper tools to be successful. </li><li>On-Press Troubleshooting - through constant communication and observation during the run assist presses in getting to maximum productivity by making any press adjustments necessary. (press speed, squeegees, flash temp, dryer speed/temp, sequence, registration, etc) </li><li>Ink Maintenance/Controls - Ensure ink controls and SOPs are being followed at all times.
