Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.</p> <p>Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 7:30-4pm. Must be able to work on Holidays.</p> <p>Pay Rate: $14/hour plus gratuity</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Handles the production and service of food and beverage products as necessary in the Snack Bar </li><li>Handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures </li><li>Provide prompt and efficient customer service </li><li>Maintain a professional appearance at all times </li><li>Maintains the cleanliness of production and service equipment </li><li>Keeps production and service areas clean and orderly </li><li>Requisitions food and other necessary supplies (where applicable) from kitchen </li><li>Provides adequate display of garnishes and condiments on "self-serve" basis </li><li>Performs clean-up and closing procedures </li><li>Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other local/state laws </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Requirements</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of food service/food preparation experience </li><li>Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) diploma </li><li>Must have good work ethic </li><li>Must be dependable </li><li>Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Must be well organized </li><li>Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public </li><li>Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills </li></ul>
