<p>Position: Supervisor, Production</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>ReturnPro is looking for an experienced, energetic and result driven Production Supervisor. This role is responsible for managing Teammates in a logistics and assembly environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions</p> <p>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the teammate occupying this position.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Determines quality control standards</p> </li><li> <p>Selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials</p> </li><li> <p>Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures proper training of all Teammates regarding Safety, Quality, and other company procedures and programs</p> </li><li> <p>Executes SOPs and holds team accountable, including progressive discipline when necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Manages Teammates' time and attendance and updates hours appropriately</p> </li><li> <p>Identifies talent, including primary and backups for critical roles</p> </li><li> <p>Holds daily management meetings with the team to discuss daily goals, objectives, and company/department updates</p> </li><li> <p>Promotes a safe work environment; ensures that warehouse personnel have safe, efficient equipment in order to perform distribution functions</p> </li><li> <p>Provides a hands-on approach, including the scheduling of personnel, overseeing of warehouse daily activities including receiving, stocking, inventory control, order filling, and private truck shipments as well as customer pickup orders, workflow, performance and work standards, accuracy, and productivity</p> </li><li> <p>Charts progress and develop enhancements to drive efficiency</p> </li></ul> <p>#LinkedInDNI</p>
