During every interaction, we display three behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Smile, display energy and open body language </li><li>Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service </li><li>Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Building and break down stages, dancefloors, tables, chairs, table tops and other equipment, including moving of tables, chairs, stages and lighting </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the training needs of the department. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the store room and walkways. </li><li>Cleans equipment and working area when necessary. </li><li>Follows sanitation and safety guidelines. </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Six months or more related experience or training preferred. </li><li>Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. </li><li>Ability to maintain all necessary licensing. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk. </li><li>Must occasionally lift and lift up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Frequently required to stoop, crouch or kneel. </li><li>Ability to interact with others while maintaining a courteous and positive demeanor </li></ul>
