Find your future with us.</p> <p>Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level or Senior Quality Specialist/Quality Integrator to support the Air Dominance Quality Director and the Quality Management System for the BDS St. Louis Region.</p> <p>The Mid-Level or Senior Quality Specialist/Quality Integrator will be in a highly visible position with direct interface with the Site Quality Director, lead internal auditors, and NQA in support of our AS9100 Quality Management System. A successful candidate will have extensive experience in Quality with strong communication and organizational skills.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform QMS Risk Assessments to deploy a risk-based QMS oversight strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Review and Coordinate Internal Audit Corrective Action for Approval</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate Quality input for Air Dominance Business Process Reviews</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate QMS Communications & Coordination of Quality Bulletins</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule and coordinate logistics for QMS Audits</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate monthly CAPA Review to drive Corrective Action timeliness and escalation</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate & Manage Monthly SIPOC Scorecard Inputs and Variances</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate BDS St. Louis Quality Management Review</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of experience or knowledge of Quality Management Systems</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience in quality systems and/or auditing</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Project Management or Data Analytics</p> </li><li> <p>Experience collaborating with cross functional stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of the quality system (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), and/or Aerospace Standard (AS9100)</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree or higher</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience in Quality</p> </li></ul> <p>Drug Free Workplace:</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p>Total Rewards:</p> <p>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
