<p>Job Title: BIM Coordinator</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to join an electrical contractor based in Maryland. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in BIM, Revit, and Navisworks to conduct and resolve clash detections through coordination with various departments, both internally and externally. Although the position is primarily office-based, occasional site visits are required. Our projects span commercial, educational, healthcare, government, and mixed-use sectors.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Utilize BIM, Revit, and Navisworks to perform clash detections and resolve issues. </li><li>Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure project alignment. </li><li>Conduct occasional site visits to support project needs. </li><li>Support and participate in project planning and execution. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and Navisworks. </li><li>3-5 years of experience in BIM Coordination. </li><li>High school diploma or higher. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling. </li><li>Experience in electrical construction is advantageous. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is in-office five days a week, with longer workdays from Monday through Thursday and a half-day on Fridays. The office houses 35 employees, with a supportive environment that offers flexibility for personal matters, such as drop-offs and house issues.
