<p>This is semi-skilled manual work requiring the application of skills and knowledge above the basic laboring level. Work includes a variety of cleaning tasks including pressure washing sidewalks and outside windows; landscaping to include maintenance of grounds and turf, and sprinklers/irrigation; pickup of litter; helping with event set up and tear down; and performing minor repairs at the Manhattan Casino using specialized hand tools, power tools, and equipment. An employee in this class performs heavy manual labor, occasionally under adverse weather conditions. Furthermore, as long as the successful candidate is employed in this classification, he or she must reside within the city limits of St. Petersburg.
