<p>The System Administrator will work with the IT Operations Manager and Chief Information Officer to manage the overall IT infrastructure for the hospital. This includes planning, implementation, testing, monitoring/analyzing, daily support, and troubleshooting issues. Frequent projects with multiple hospital departments and/or 3rd party vendors.</p> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills required due to interactions with technical vendors, as well as end-users. Teamwork mindset required. Ability to work independently, but within management guidelines, policies, and procedures such as approvals and change management.</p> <p>Onsite office hours required Monday - Friday. Rotating call schedule for after hours, weekends, and holidays.</p> <p>The System Administrator is responsible for the systems listed.</p> <p>Including but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Primary responsibilities</p> </li><li> <p>Physical and Virtual servers</p> </li><li> <p>Mobile device management</p> </li><li> <p>Thin client administration</p> </li><li> <p>Server and workstation patching</p> </li><li> <p>User management/Single Sign-on/MFA</p> </li><li> <p>Email administration including 3rd party software</p> </li><li> <p>Video conferencing/telehealth</p> </li><li> <p>Secondary responsibilities</p> </li><li> <p>Storage Area Networks (SAN -Dell Unity/Isilon)</p> </li><li> <p>Network switches and wireless access points (Cisco)</p> </li><li> <p>Firewalls and web filters</p> </li><li> <p>Backups</p> </li><li> <p>Telephony</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent IT experience </li><li>Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a healthcare or similar complex environment </li></ul>
