Join us as a Staff Supervisor in our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) and Respite program and help guide our team in providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals in crisis.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>As the Staff Supervisor for the CCS/Respite program, you will lead the day-to-day clinical and operational oversight of a short-term, intensive crisis stabilization program. You'll supervise a team of dedicated staff, facilitate treatment planning, conduct assessments, and ensure that services meet the highest quality standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide clinical leadership and supervision to program staff</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain CCS census and ensure timely, effective service delivery</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct comprehensive assessments, including risk evaluations and treatment planning</p> </li><li> <p>Lead daily case meetings and coordinate with collateral providers</p> </li><li> <p>Guide treatment and discharge planning for all individuals in care</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate psycho-educational groups and support a therapeutic milieu</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure timely, accurate documentation of all clinical services</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of staff</p> </li><li> <p>Act as liaison with internal BHN teams and external partners</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a safe, organized, and recovery-oriented program environment</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supportive Leadership Environment: Collaborate with experienced behavioral health leaders</p> </li><li> <p>Career Advancement: BHN prioritizes internal promotions and professional development</p> </li><li> <p>Meaningful Work: Impact the lives of individuals experiencing acute mental health crises</p> </li><li> <p>Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive pay, generous PTO, health insurance, and more</p> </li><li> <p>Diverse & Inclusive Culture: BHN values the voices and contributions of all team members</p> </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Graduate of a clinical Master's program (preferred) or Bachelor's with equivalent experience</p> </li><li> <p>Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts (strongly preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with crisis, respite, or inpatient behavioral health settings</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated knowledge of risk assessment, treatment planning, and trauma-informed care</p> </li><li> <p>Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage high-acuity cases with professionalism and collaboration</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable using electronic health records and documentation systems</p> </li><li> <p>Dedicated to equity, inclusion, and culturally competent care</p> </li></ul> <p>We Hire for Purpose!</p> <p>Since 1938, BHN has been delivering high-quality, affordable, and culturally appropriate behavioral health services.
