<p>As a Global Lead - Accounts Payable here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the Accounts Payable (AP) operations across all three regions - Americas, EMEA and APAC. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. You will report directly to our VP Treasury and you'll work out of our Morris Plains location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our P2P processes, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments, optimizing vendor support, and driving cost savings for the organization.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the Accounts Payable operations as a Global Process Owner (GPO) </li><li>Drive operational excellence and process improvements in the AP function </li><li>Manage vendor invoice processing and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payable processes and drive working capital benefits </li><li>Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to timely vendor payments and support </li></ul> <p>YOU MUST HAVE</p> <ul> <li>• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing Accounts Payable operations </li><li>• Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment </li><li>• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking </li></ul> <p>WE VALUE</p> <ul> <li>• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field </li><li>• Experience in managing AP operations in a multinational organization </li><li>• Strong negotiation and influencing skills </li><li>• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships </li></ul>
