<p>Paid Media & Creator Marketing Specialist (contractor/1099; 6 month)</p> <p>Remote US, must be located in: OR, CA, AZ, NV, ID, VT, FL</p> <p>We're looking for a hands-on Paid Media & Creator Marketing Specialist to support short-term maternity leave coverage (contract/1099). This role will own day-to-day execution and optimization across paid channels while managing our creator and affiliate program, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and creative insights.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Paid Media</p> <ul> <li>Manage and optimize daily performance across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliate </li><li>Conduct ongoing audits to ensure campaigns are pacing efficiently and hitting targets </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and channel mix </li></ul> <p>Creator & Affiliate Program</p> <ul> <li>Manage creator seeding, partnerships, and affiliate relationships </li><li>Identify and scale high-performing creators and partnerships </li><li>Support campaign execution and ongoing optimization </li></ul> <p>Creative & Planning</p> <ul> <li>Partner with internal teams to brief and iterate on paid media creative </li><li>Ensure alignment with marketing calendar and campaign priorities </li><li>Support development of weekly and monthly campaign briefs </li></ul> <p>Performance & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Track and analyze channel and creative performance </li><li>Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations </li></ul> <p>Agency Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Support external agency partners to ensure alignment on performance and execution </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3-5+years experience in paid media </li><li>Experience managing creator/influencer and affiliate programs </li><li>Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, GA4 </li><li>Strong analytical and performance optimization skills </li><li>Experience working cross-functionally and with external partners </li><li>eCommerce/DTC experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Success in This Role Looks Like</p> <ul> <li>Paid channels are consistently optimized and efficient </li><li>Creator + affiliate programs are actively managed and scaling </li><li>Creative insights are driving performance improvements </li><li>Reporting is clear and actionable </li></ul> <p>Remote US, must be located in: OR, CA, AZ, NV, ID, VT, FL</p>
