Category Retail Close Date Description</p> <p>Meat & Seafood Associate</p> <p>Purpose:</p> <p>This position focuses primarily on helping customers, stocking product and making product for the Meat & Seafood Department.</p> <p>Status:</p> <p>Full-time, $16.50 - $18.50/hour</p> <p>Supervisor: Meat and Seafood Manager</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Service customers at the Meat & Seafood counter and on the sales floor </li><li>Offer suggestions for purchase and preparation in a friendly, courteous manner </li><li>Report customer suggestions, comments, and complaints to appropriate Manager </li><li>Maintain awareness of customers and co-workers throughout the department to ensure premium customer service </li><li>Stock product from deliveries and product made from production </li><li>Make sausage and ground beef using grinder and in adherence to standard operating procedures </li><li>See that displays are replenished, rotated, and checked for quality </li><li>Ensure product is accurately labeled and signed if needed </li><li>Perform simple meat or seafood cuts upon customer request </li><li>Receive orders in accordance with established procedures </li><li>Take meat and seafood special orders or pre-orders and handle those orders </li><li>Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and assigned cleaning tasks </li></ul> <p>Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Open Date 4/15/2025 Position Meat and Seafood, Associate Position Requirements</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Retail experience with meat, poultry and seafood products </li><li>Ability to safely, consistently and repeatedly lift 50lbs and more with assistance. </li><li>Ability to stand for long periods in cold work conditions (35 degrees) </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task </li><li>Demonstrated regular and reliable attendance </li></ul> <p>Shift Rotating Days and Evenings</p>
