<p>SUMMARY</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering various types of data into our systems accurately. Key tasks include updating subscriber records while maintaining both quality and quantity expectations.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Accurately keys a variety of subscription transactions and special requests from source documents into our systems. </li><li>Review documents and determine type of transaction. Enter the correct amounts for check bearing documents. </li><li>Print batch header, match to corresponding documents and totals checks. Balance checks to batch totals. </li><li>Complete daily paperwork including but not limited to recording clerical charges. </li><li>Keys re-batched documents. </li><li>Utilize Confluence and other documentation for client specific information and updates. </li><li>Obtain and return assigned work from designated area. </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information. </li><li>Interacts in a cooperative and professional manner, with all levels of employees, clients and/or vendors, in a team environment. </li><li>Organizes tasks and resources to complete work and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures. </li><li>Acquires and adopts new information in a changing technical environment. </li><li>Adheres to CDS Global guidelines, policies and procedures. </li><li>Assumes additional responsibilities as required. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred. </li><li>Minimum typing skills requirement: 35 WPM. </li><li>Basic verbal and written English communication skills. </li><li>Basic math skills. </li><li>Ability to interpret, examine, and process data. </li><li>Ability to compare and evaluate entered data with original document and make necessary edits. </li><li>Average organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li></ul> <p>TRAINING</p> <ul> <li>September 2-19 Monday - Friday 8am-3pm </li></ul> <p>WORK SCHEDULE</p> <p>20-40 hour work schedules are available in the following parameters:</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday 7am - 10pm </li></ul> <p>WORK LOCATION</p> <p>Tipton, Iowa</p> <p>SALARY</p> <ul> <li>Base Wage $14.50/hour + $1000 NEW HIRE INCENTIVE after 5 months! </li></ul> <p>SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL (for continual and reoccurring shifts):</p> <ul> <li>2nd Shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM): </li></ul> <p>Additional 10% of base wage per hour if 50% or more scheduled hours fall during this time frame.</p> <p>Example: $1.45/hour + base wage = $15.95/hour.</p> <p>POSITION TYPE - Temp to Hire</p> <p>Upon hire, this is a temporary, non-benefited position, with the potential to transition into a regular, full-time role based on performance and organizational needs within 5 months.</p> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
