Today we operate over 9 galvanizing plants in the U.S., featuring exceptional service to small fabricators as well as companies known worldwide.</p> <p>Plant Manager Summary: We are seeking an energetic individual to fulfill the role of Plant Manager. This is full time position located at our Millington, TN facility. Successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all production and maintenance of the plant while promoting a culture of safety. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager/General Manager.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Responsible for production, maintenance, quality, shipping & receiving Establishes and monitors overall plant performance for production and quality standards Provide leadership to production and facilities maintenance departments Coordinate plant schedules with production team Ensure that plant facilities and equipment are well maintained Ensure that plant operates safely and in compliance with all company and federal/state codes and regulations Recruit, train, and onboard new employees Drive a culture of safety Limited travel required Other duties as directed by Operations Manager/General Manager</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in steel, manufacturing or construction Knowledge of the steel industry preferred Knowledge of protective coatings preferred Willingness to learn the hot dip galvanizing process Has a proven track record of making decisions based on inputs provided by supervisors, subordinates and peers that are consistent with company goals Exceptional communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Base salary Bonus incentives Health, FSA, dental, vision, life and disability products 401k program with company match Company vehicle</p>
