Paschen means you will be able to grow professionally, transform communities with our work, and enjoy rewarding challenges.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Human Resources Assistant is primarily responsible for maintaining the HRIS - UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready system. Providing administrative support to the HR Manager with all HR processes, hiring, I-9, E-Verify processing, employee leaves of absence, employee maintenance, Time and Attendance and benefits enrollment in UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready, and general HR administration. Provides administrative support to the Recruiting, Accounting and Payroll departments. Reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.</p> <p>Assigned Responsibilities:</p> <p>The primary responsibility of the HR Assistant will be Kronos/Workforce Ready Management and will oversee the following:</p> <ul> <li>Maintaining the UKG Modules being utilized and implement use of others </li><li>Workflow maintenance and implementation for many types of manual processes and notifications set up for payroll and benefit purposes </li><li>Managing open enrollment and updating all benefits & TPA's </li><li>Maintaining 90-day performance evaluations and annual reviews </li><li>Maintain onboarding streamlined processes for newly hired candidates </li><li>Provide UKG/Kronos training via PowerPoint and live sessions </li><li>Updating employee changes in Kronos and Adaxes (the IT platform) </li><li>Management of time off and timesheets in Kronos </li><li>Running I9s, through E-Verify for new hires </li><li>Kronos Help Desk </li><li>Provide various reports for Managerial staff </li><li>Assist employees with UKG/Kronos employee changes, issues, time off overrides, benefits questions </li></ul> <p>Other duties include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Assisting the HR Manager with facilitating new hire orientation </li><li>Vouchering Vendor Billing </li><li>Case management/troubleshooting in UKG/Kronos, data feeds, etc. </li><li>Crosschecking 401K deductions, distributing quarterly eligible paperwork via Kronos and ensuring all forms are complete </li><li>Collecting EEO information from trades new hires packets for yearly federal reporting and running EEO reports </li><li>Assist with maintaining accurate employee HR and Benefit files </li></ul>
