This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a world-class team committed to redefining customer expectations. If you have proven experience in product management and a passion for steam products, we'd love to hear from you!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate all activities related to researching, designing, and marketing our steam products such as steam traps, pumps and regulators. </li><li>Apply market research to identify customer needs and competitor products. </li><li>Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote our products successfully. </li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and roadblocks. </li><li>Define product marketing communication objectives. </li><li>Collaborate with other cross-functional colleagues and our agency partners that span across production, business intelligence, data science, marketing, design, and engineering to drive measurable outcomes for SXS. </li><li>Compare our products to competitors to assess market competition. </li><li>Provide management with detailed analyses and reports. </li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the steam thermal solutions arena, continuously refining and enhancing our execution capabilities. </li><li>Review and suggest inventory levels to maintain product availability. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with team members, departments, management, and customers. </li><li>Expertise in products and markets, including specific technical or industry knowledge. </li><li>Outstanding project management and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Keen attention to detail, multitasking ability, and ability to work well under pressure. </li><li>Natural curiosity, positivity, and creativity. </li><li>Sincere empathy for customers and dedication to understanding their challenges. </li><li>Ability to multitask in a high-intensity environment. </li><li>Professional and courteous demeanor with customers at all times. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>BS degree or equivalent experience. </li><li>Experience an knowledge with steam products is a plus. </li><li>A portfolio demonstrating successful projects is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Join Spirax Sarco and help craft the future of steam thermal solutions!
