Keep reading.</p> <p>As the Senior Accountant, you will be part of a dynamic accounting team. In this role, you will manage financial reporting, complete account reconciliations following all accounting principles and company policies</p> <p>Are you motivated by this work?</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance </li><li>Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations </li><li>Oversee general ledger activities and ensure proper recording of transactions </li><li>Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance </li><li>Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts and financial planning reports </li><li>Coordinate with external auditors for audits </li><li>Monitor internal controls and suggest improvements to financial policies and procedures </li><li>Support future ERP system implementation </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you?</p> <p>There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
