Our top healthcare professionals excel in their practices and provide compassionate, family-centered care to children who need it most.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>The Pharmacist properly checks, prepares, and distributes medications, and ensures proper control measures of medication and medication storage areas. </li><li>The qualified Pharmacist is responsible to provide pharmaceutical care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring, intervention and patient outcome. </li><li>Provides clinical pharmacy services to a pediatric patient population. </li><li>Responsibilities include attendance at patient rounds, therapeutic drug monitoring and facilitating pharmacy services. </li></ul> <p>This is not an all-inclusive list of this job's responsibilities.
