Our top healthcare professionals excel in their practices and provide compassionate, family-centered care to children who need it most.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>The Pharmacist properly checks, prepares, and distributes medications, and ensures proper control measures of medication and medication storage areas. </li><li>The qualified Pharmacist is responsible to provide pharmaceutical care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring, intervention and patient outcome. </li><li>Provides clinical pharmacy services to a pediatric patient population. </li><li>Responsibilities include attendance at patient rounds, therapeutic drug monitoring and facilitating pharmacy services. </li></ul> <p>This is not an all-inclusive list of this job's responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Masters degree in Pharmacy </li><li>Ohio Pharmacy license </li><li>Critical Care Pharmacy Residency (PGY2) </li><li>1 - 2 years pediatric hospital pharmacy experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>PharmD </li><li>Board Certified Pediatric Pharmacy Specialist (BCPPS) </li><li>Board Certified Critical Care Pharmacist (BCCCP) </li></ul>
