<p>CNC Maintenance Technician - Swiss Machines</p> <p>Are you an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician looking to put your expertise to work on high-precision Swiss-style lathes? Join Productivity, Inc - a leader in machine tool sales, service, and automation integration since 1968.</p> <p>We're looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician with deep knowledge of Swiss-style CNC machines to support customers with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced production equipment.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Diagnose, repair, and maintain Swiss-style CNC machines or precision CNC lathes </li><li>Machine installations and setup </li><li>Perform adjustments and repairs of spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other items </li><li>Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems </li><li>Calibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performance </li><li>Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teams </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>3 or more years maintaining and repairing Swiss-style CNC machines or precision CNC lathes </li><li>Knowledge of Fanuc controls. </li><li>Strong understanding of spindle rebuilds, ball screw alignments, and servo systems. </li><li>Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etc </li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills </li><li>Willingness to travel locally to customer sites, with 4-6 overnights per month </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>$33 - $40/hour depending on expertise and experience, plus incentives, annual performance & salary reviews </li><li>Full-time, Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime </li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting Day 1 </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Generous Paid Time Off: Vacation, Holidays, and Personal Days </li><li>Extensive training provided to support your growth </li><li>Company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and credit card for work-related travel and expenses </li><li>Toolbox and appropriate test equipment provided </li></ul> <p>Why Join Productivity Inc?</p> <p>Since 1968, Productivity Inc. has been a leader in machine tool sales and service.
