Be part of the team that shares their backyard with guests, helping them create memories that will last a lifetime.</p> <p>No Company Subsidized Housing Available</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITES</p> <ul> <li>Performs a variety of moderately difficult customer service tasks. </li><li>Applies knowledge of Company products, services, and policies to evaluate customers' needs, provide information, and resolve complaints. </li><li>Design and conduct presentations for guests. </li><li>Coordinate guest amenity requests, reservations, and special requests. </li><li>Assist customers, employees, and management and responds to queries. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>One year of experience in positions involving customer service. </li><li>Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, with working knowledge of computerized reservation systems. </li><li>Must pass a pre-employment background check. </li><li>Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors. </li><li>Must be eligible to work in the United States.
