We have an exciting opportunity for you to join HCA HealthONE Swedish which is part of the nations leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.</p> <p>Job Summary and Qualifications</p> <p>Our Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging Department provides a broad range of services to aid in the screening, diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions and emergent injuries.A few responsibilities of our Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech)include:</p> <p>You willoperatex-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated portions of the body.</p> <p>Under the supervision of a Radiologist,your roleperforms x-ray therapy on patients andexplains procedures to patients and addresses their concerns.</p> <p>Your role will serve patients in our emergency department, patients in our hospital, and outpatient patients in need of services as well.</p> <p>You will perform procedures in accordance with established protocols for patients ages neonate through geriatric.</p> <p>Your role will be responsible for maintaining expert technical and patient-care skills and providing quality diagnostic results.</p> <p>What qualifications you will need:</p> <ul> <li>Completion of an AMA approved Radiology Technology training program with current certification by ARRT. </li><li>Mustmaintaincurrent registry by attending continuing education activities tomaintainknowledge and skill level. </li><li>BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Crossrequired. </li><li>Critical thinking skills, decisivejudgmentand the ability to work with minimal supervision in afast pacedenvironment. </li><li>Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Prefer2yearsrecent acute care experience. </li><li>Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date </li><li>(ARRT-R) Radiography </li><li>Vocational School Graduate </li></ul> <p>No Travel Required</p> <p>No experience Required</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>HCA HealthONE Swedish, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
