At MAU, we give you the personal attention you deserve because we know it's not just about your job - it's about your life, your family, and your future.</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>$16.50 - $18.00 per hour depending on the shift </li><li>Health benefits, including telehealth medical services </li><li>401k </li><li>Opportunity for advancement </li><li>Online training </li><li>Referral bonuses </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>At least 6 months of manufacturing and forklift experience within the last 3 years </li><li>Experience with clamp or reach trucks is a plus </li><li>Intermediate computer skills </li><li>Demonstrated stable work history </li><li>Basic math skills </li><li>Ability to lift 55 to 65 pounds repetitively </li><li>Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed </li><li>Availability for 12-hour rotating shifts, changing every two weeks: </li><li>7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do As A Forklift Operator:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor the status of the posts </li><li>Conduct daily inspections of forklifts </li><li>Verify pallets using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) </li><li>Pick and store verified pallets in the warehouse </li><li>Supply and remove empty and partial pallets </li><li>Supply poles and remove defective pallets of poles to designated areas </li><li>Complete off-loading and loading of poles </li><li>Change forklift batteries on loader forklifts as needed </li><li>Consolidate pallets from one location to another </li><li>Print and update relocation reports throughout the shift </li><li>Manage bin inventory to ensure over 30 bins are continuously available for pallet storage </li><li>Maintain an organized and clean work area </li><li>Perform other assigned duties as needed </li></ul>
