<ul> <li>Experience in Nexthink Collector Packaging, Agent roll-out, Platform setup </li><li>Nexthink Integration experience with AD, SSO, Jira/ServiceNow, Amplify, Chatbot, etc. </li><li>Experience in creating customer specific Dashboards, Alerts, Application Experience, Campaigns, Remote Actions and Digital Experience. </li><li>Proficient in NQL. </li><li>Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data from Nexthink. </li><li>Perform baseline of end user device & Application KPI's with client </li><li>Finalize the thresholds against each KPI and execute SLA document </li><li>Generates Tool based reports - Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly as agreed </li><li>Work with other technical teams to drive implementation of improvement activities </li><li>Ability to present Nexthink findings and Value Add to customers on a periodic basis. </li><li>Proficient in Windows PowerShell Scripting with a minimum L2 level </li><li>Experience with automating tasks and processes using PowerShell including working with AD and windows components. </li><li>Strong Windows knowledge. </li><li>Ability to identify and implement process improvements. </li><li>Effective communication & collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li><li>Install, configure and maintain Nexthink platform. </li><li>Customize remote actions, Dashboard, Alerts, Campaigns and Flows. </li><li>Analyze data from Nexthink, provide periodic update to the stakeholders. </li><li>Develop and maintain documentation for Nexthink processes. </li><li>Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues. </li><li>Provide support and training to increase adaptability and usage of the tool by SD and EUC teams. </li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and DEX improvisation </li><li>Stay up to date with the latest best features, best practices and industry trends. </li><li>Experience in Desktop Support </li><li>Experience in Intune, AD </li><li>Experience in Application Monitoring </li><li>Experience in Azure Cloud </li><li>Experience in Powershell </li><li>Experience in Jira </li><li>Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $95,000-$100,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
