<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare financial/operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis </li><li>Collect, analyze and interpret data, quantifying financial opportunity and risk, and communicating the optimal business decisions/actions </li><li>Perform root cause analysis and partner with divisional leadership and other functional areas to drive proactive solutions through process and technology solutions </li><li>Develop financial analysis tools to assist in management decisions </li><li>Support the development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets and corporate budgets </li><li>Travel requirements of at least 25% to provide on-site support to division locations </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 5 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 8 plus years of specific experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
