This person assists in set-ups by adding and removing die boards located under the machine. The Bobst Flatbed DC Helper is expected to learn the next highest job in the line of progression and step up as needed.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of the assigned equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Complete required quality inspections per customer specifications and paperwork - quality is the</p> </li></ol> <p>responsibility of all employees</p> <ol start="3"> <li> <p>Work with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance</p> </li><li> <p>Provide an active role in the housekeeping of the assigned area</p> </li><li> <p>Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting</p> </li></ol> <p>requirements</p> <ol start="6"> <li> <p>Stack off die cut blanks or assist in feeding sheets into the machine</p> </li><li> <p>Make units the required dimensions and adequately protect products</p> </li><li> <p>Properly identify each unit with proper count and order number</p> </li><li> <p>Perform minor repairs to cutting boards</p> </li><li> <p>Set up machine center for production runs</p> </li><li> <p>Scan WIP units</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with changing out die-boards</p> </li><li> <p>Enter production data into system</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors</p> </li></ol> <p>Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ol> <li> <p>Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to effectively work in teams</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read a tape measure/ruler</p> </li><li> <p>Good mathematical skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to the job</p> </li><li> <p>Trouble shooting skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read and count</p> </li></ol> <p>Pay Rate:</p> <p>Training $ 28.04</p> <p>Qualified $ 30.15</p> <p>Work Hours</p> <p>3-2-2-3 Schedule (M, T, F, S, S, W, T, repeat)</p> <p>6pm to 6am</p> <p>Two companies, one vision.</p> <p>Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
