This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!</p> <p>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Front Desk Receptionist:</p> <ul> <li>Provide ongoing telephone coverage. </li><li>Greets and directs all authorized visitors and vendors. </li><li>Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating. </li><li>Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in logbook, and notify the recipient of delivery. </li><li>Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff. </li></ul> <p>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience as a front desk receptionist required </li><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products </li><li>Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills </li><li>Able to work 3pm to 11pm on Saturday & Sunday </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) matching </li><li>Bonus potential </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Referral program </li><li>Daily lunch </li></ul> <p>Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
